THIS IS A SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING EXPERIENCE WITH 4-6 PEOPLE PER TRAINING SESSION.

WITH AN FHP COACH LEADING EACH SESSION, THIS IS A PERSONAL APPROACH TO GROUP TRAINING.

BASED AROUND STRENGTH TRAINING, WE FOCUS ON FULL-BODY WORKOUTS WHILE TAILORING THE PROGRAM TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS.

SO YOU STILL GET A PERSONAL COACHING EXPERIENCE FOCUSING ON YOUR GOALS, WHILST HAVING THE BENEFITS OF A SMALL GROUP SETTING FOR A MORE MOTIVATING & ENJOYABLE TRAINING EXPERIENCE, WORKING ALONGSIDE A SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY.

    WHERE YOU GET 1-1 TIME TO DISCUSS YOUR PERSONAL GOALS, CURRENT NEEDS, HABITS, LIFESTYLE & NUTRITION.

    SO THAT WE CAN ENSURE YOUR TRAINING IS WORKING FOR YOU, YOU’RE GETTING THE RIGHT SUPPORT IN AREAS OUTSIDE OF THE GYM, AND TO SEE WHERE WE CAN PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT AS NEEDED!
